Mission Homes Board & CareACCOMODATIONS: Mission Homes provides personal-care assistance to aging loved ones in a comfortable, family-oriented environment. In addition to our spacious homes, which include both single and shared rooms, we offer our residents several indoor and outdoor activities, including:
ADMISSION POLICIES:Pre-admission evaluations are conducted to ensure that residents are capable of participating in the activities offered, and all resident needs are in harmony with the rest of our community-based homes. Once admitted, the resident’s representative will supply a Physician’s Report for healthcare purposes, and a Needs-and-Services Plan will be provided to ensure that each person’s special needs are met. CLIENTS RIGHTS:Each client shall have his or her rights as a resident of the U.S. and is to be treated according to principles expressed in the Facility Program and in the California Code of Regulations (CAR), Titles 22, General Licensing Regulations Sections 80072, 87144, and 101223 (unless a client is adjudged incompetent under the laws of a state, in which case the rights of the client are to be exercised by the person appointed by Sate Courts).
